Shop Owner           

the 2nd generation owner of the family business. A female body shop owner is not real common in the industry, but she has been at the business since she was a kid!  She has always had a passion for cars, boats and bikes, so it all comes pretty natural. She was the only girl taking welding in the "Metal Shop" class in high school and was able to work for her parents during the day, while attending "auto repair courses" in college at night. She's been at the shop for over 30 years and still loves the ever changing industry, her "family" of employees and the pride of  the shop's quality workmanship. She loves that she is working on her repeat customers grandkid's cars now! But most of all, loves when a long term customer tells her that her parents in heaven would be so proud!!

Joe Montoya
Shop Manager            

Manages our over all operation consisting of estimates, quality control, parts management and generally overseeing that we operate as a "well-oiled" machine.  Joe has proudly been with us for over 30 years. His many years in the industry not only reflect in his knowledge, but also assures you of trustworthy relations with insurance claims adjusters who respect his judgment and integrity. He has completed beautiful restorations that have won many local and national awards. The referrals and repeat customers all know that Joe will oversee the job, to be repaired perfect the first time.








Lois Thompson
Office Manager            

Manages our office. She is the pretty and friendly face that greets you and helps you with the claims process and helps cut through the red tape and confusion. Not only does she assist in pick up and delivery of customers vehicles that need towing, she arranges rental vehicles as well!  Her years of experience in the Insurance industry brings valuable knowledge to assist in whatever questions may arise. Her professionalism, organization and kindness to help customers through a traumatic situation, keeps customers saying wonderful things about her and the shop.





In addition We employ 11 loyal and talented employees. Some, part of our family for over 30 years and all considered a integral part of our working mechanism.  I prefer to call our employees "Career People", as most have been in the industry nearly all their working years.  We are fortunate in that there is very little employee turn-over, as our people feel the shop is their second home! Thus, we refer to all as family.  As well we do our customers, some date back to the days our doors opened for business in 1949.  We pride ourselves in the finished product, as reflected by the fact that our faithful customers drive from Palm Springs, San Diego, Palos Verdes, Las Vegas, Lake Arrowhead and loyally state that they would not allow another shop to handle their repairs.
